Management Board
The Officers of SICA-FICA are appointed by the Board of Commissioners to carry out SICA-FICA's operations. They are the Management Board and, subject to the approval of the Board of Commissioners, draw up operational plans and make appointments to the Committee of Patrons, the Academic Council and the Training & Education Committee. The Management Board also makes appointments to SICA-FICA's Faculty of lecturers & tutors and to the Finance Committee which reports directly to the Management Board.
