On Our Own InitiativeWe started providing Courses in Indonesia soon after our foundation.
These were substantially ‘all our own work’ since no one knew of us and, until we built up our track record, we continued to initiate most of our Courses.
The providers of this training were all in-house: experienced practitioners who were also experienced in training for other organisations. Many of these people had definite ideas how to improve on the existing methods and materials and we have made it our policy to update, expand and generally improve all our materials (lecture notes, tutorial questions, background references &c) on a continuous basis.
The formation of our Academic Council; its enlargement in the setting up of our Training & Education Committee; and the involvement of many more in our Faculty ensures that this process will be maintained.
