Through regional SICA-FICA affiliates

Our operational policy is to encourage the setting up of like-minded organisations in regions throughout the world where our work is requested.

We offer to license the use of our name, objectives and access to our resources to set up organisations like SICA-FICA in various regions of the world. SICA-FICA (UK) is one such, a registered charity under English Law, and other similar organisations are being considered in Central America, India and South-East Asia.

The degree of access to our resources may vary, depending on the requirements of each new organisation. Some regions may wish to adopt as much as possible of our management system, with common patrons, board members, &c including our standard Courses. Others may choose to implement our ethos in their own way.

Our aim is to realise a network of inter-connected organisations around the world with SICA-FICA as its focal point, dedicated to the raising of standards of dispute resolution and good governance through the advancement of the principles of fairness, equality, impartiality, independence and natural justice.
