This was held for senior government accountants, economists and engineers, to assist in a Regulatory Development Project, financed by the IBRD (World Bank), for electricity power generation and distribution. |

This programme has been designed by SICA-FICA. It is given by the new Salvadoran organisation A.C.A. set up to reflect the Foundation’s ethos in Central America.

SICA-FICA is also currently discussing the provision in 2006 of introductory and other Courses in Austria, Dubai, Guatemala, Ghana, Malta, Kenya, The Netherlands, Nigeria and Russia.
